		<description>I&#039;m not willing to give up meat, but I am definitely cutting down on the carbs.  It&#039;s the South Beach diet for me right now, and I can tell a big difference from cutting out the carbs.  I know I&#039;ll eventually add them back, but I&#039;ll add the whole grains instead of the refined stuff.  I hope I&#039;m off junk food forever!</description>

		<description>Wow that&#039;s impressive!  I had a couple of high sugars in December and am having to check mine for the next few weeks so I have cut back on processed sugar and carbs.  We can&#039;t go meatless at my house because of other issues but I have been eating a lot of steamed veggies.  I won&#039;t be jogging a mile in ten minutes but maybe I can walk more!  I&#039;m inspired!</description>
